  • 1.Are you a factory or trading company?
    We are a cosmetic manufacturer with export license.
  • 2.Where is your factory located?
    Our factory is located at No.139 Lianfei Road, Kandun street, Cixi, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province ,China. About 1 hour bus ride away from Ningbo airport and 2 hours bus ride away from Shanghai airport. And it is less than 1 hour away from high-speed railway station. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
  • 3.What is your minimum order quantity?
    The MOQ may vary, depending on the complexity and package way of customer's products. But we support low MOQ. Please contact us for more information.
  • 4.Can I get a sample?
    Of course you could! We are pleased to provide you with a free sample. And you just pay the shipping cost by yourself. You could either choose to send the sample to your own forwarder or whom we have worked together.
  • 5.How long is the production lead time?
    Normally it takes about 10-30 days according to your final quantity and the packaging types.
  • 6.How long can I expect to get the sample?
    Our finished product will be ready for delivery in 1-3 days, customized formula product will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days.
  • 7.What's your payment terms?
    Normally by T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Paypal, 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
  • 8.Wonder if you accept small orders?
    Do not worry. Feel free to contact us. In order to get more orders and give our clients more convenience, we support small batch orders.
  • 9.What is your main products?
    We are specialized in skin care products 1) face care 2) body care 3) hand&foot care 4) beard care 5) hair care and so on.
  • 10.Can I customize products?
    Yes. We provide OEM/ODM/OBM service. We could provide product customization services, like private label, packing, texture, formula and so on. Of course if you want to develop new products, we also welcome!
  • 11.How to deliver the goods to us?
    Usually we will ship the goods to you by sea. Because we are close to Ningbo port and it is very convenient and efficient to ship goods to any other countries. Of course if you are very urgent, it is okay by air. Ningbo airport and Shanghai airport are both not far from our factory.
  • 12.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    “Quality is priority”, we always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end:
    1.All raw material we used are environmental-friendly; 
    2.Skilful workers care every details in handling the producing and packing processes; 
    3.Quality Control Department is specially responsible for quality.
